Despite the complexity of return logistics we offer a clean and simple solution to our clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of exchanges and refunds back to the end customer. In collaboration with Retain.me we have developed an automated returns portal which allows customers to submit their return requests online. This provides a simplified process for the end customer which is tailored to their initial order details.
Via the portal we are able to gather extensive reporting on percentage and reasons for return, all of which are available to our clients to access and monitor. We also have the ability to offer both domestic and international pre-paid returns labels to further simplify the end-customer’s e-commerce experience.
All items received back into the warehouse are thoroughly QC checked, steam-cleaned and re-tagged and barcode labelled back into inventory by our specialist aftercare team. All faulty returns are meticulously checked over and quarantined for client inspection with accompanying photographic recording upon request.
